The author of my book Charles Taze Russell is a very christian minded person and was classified as a christian resorationist minister. He is also founder of the known Bible student movement. His death inspired organizations such as Jehovah's Witnesses and numerous independent bible student groups. He was born on February 16th , 1852 and died October 31st, 1916, and he was born in Allegheny. The goal of Charles and other bible students was to promote the teachings of Jesus Christ and to follow the practices of the first century christian congregation.
